Job scope/summary:

The position comprises the global administration of multiple service partnership programs, through management of contracts, accounts and systems 

Job specifics/responsibilities:

·  Profiling: management of company records observing or given set of rules depending of the systems or set up systems interacting with each other.
·  Contract Administration: Maintenance of contracts on partners’ records depending of partnership affiliation.
·  System Administration: Maintenance of accounts on multiple systems securing data alignment.
·  Account Maintenance: Supporting and keeping up to date multiple system engage in the administration of multiple partnership programs.
·  Additional functions: Setting up credit lines for partners, configuration of extended account numbers, continue updating of data bases and company records.
·  General support to existing partners.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

·  Degree in Business related subject
·  1+ years contract support or operations/support role

Other requirements:

·  Fluent in English language – written and spoken
·  Lean SixSigma knowledge is a plus

·  Good analytical and problem solving skills
·  Strong customer service mind-set
·  Ability to communicate effectively across different functions, ideally in multi-cultural environment
·  Focus on the detail together with ability to assess the big picture
·  Result-oriented, self-started, able to achieve goals and objectives
·  Team player, communicative and flexible, quality mind-set

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):

·  Usage of MS office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
·  SAP / SFDC/ EMDM/ Siebel PRM systems experience is a plus
