Responsibilities:
Controls daily the operational order backlog for our ODM/OEM’s, monitor the performance delivered by our partners aligns to our operational targets and Scorecards. Address all non-operational task and request ad-hoc recoveries with the best-in-class information for our Stakeholders.
o daily control of order backlog data
o Review operational performance accordingly to targets
o Represent team in various different meetings

Project participation - Kaizen events - process improvement

o Strong Collaboration with other functions
o drive and support non-operational performance until final recovery
o Actively participating to QBR’s and Supplier Surveys/Ratings
o track daily/weekly/monthly performance scorecards
o Team work –local face-to-face & virtual teams

Education and Experience Required:
o Bachelor or master degree in computer science, business administration, economics, software engineering or equivalent.
o Advanced Excel and VBA basics
o English advanced (C level)
