The Business Analyst I role will assist Primary Project Manager to assess the level of effort required to migrate the current Service Delivery Datamart(s) into our new Database Platform/Environment. Works closely with Primary Business Analyst to solicit, document, test and validate Business Information Requirements to help achieve Team Goals and Objectives. Assist with Production Support Research and Maintenance.

Business Analyst’s primary objective is helping businesses implement analytics solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and other peers. He or she will also play a key role in communicating between internal teams, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to convey how information technology can support the organization’s needs. This role has to combine excellent development skills with good facilitation and project management skills.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

·  Assist Primary Project Manager to assess the level of effort required to migrate the current Service Delivery Datamart(s) into our new Database Platform/Environment.
·  Assist Primary Project Manager with Meeting Setup, Note taking and Documentation
·  Work closely with Primary Business Analyst to solicit, document, test and validate Business Information Requirements to help achieve Team Goals and Objectives.
·  Assist with Production Support Research and Maintenance of current applications
·  Work collaboratively with teammates and project team members to solicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, and to ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders.
·  Assists Project Manager to coordinate and produce requirements for application migration to new database platform.
·  Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
·  Participate in the elicitation, documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
·  Research components of solutions to problems.
·  Produce visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.
·  Document requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
·  Support requirements management and change management processes.
·  Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations

Requirements:

·  Typically a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
·  Equivalent experience at a minimum of 2 years
·  Fluent in written and verbal English
