Prepares HPE’s new products for the Beta Customer Evaluation Program. Configures both H/W and S/W options, as well as, tests Beta Customer evaluation systems prior to shipping to customers for their evaluations. Provide ongoing technical support to customer requests during the beta evaluation period.

Prepares HPE’s new products for the Beta Customer Evaluation Program, configuring both H/W and S/W options, providing feedback of any product improvements identified.  Work with R&D to develop tests for evaluation systems prior to shipping to customers. Provide ongoing technical support to customer requests during the beta evaluation period.

Responsibilities:

·  Configures systems for use in our Beta Customer Evaluation Program.
·  Ensures systems are functioning and tested prior to shipment to customers who will be evaluating them.
·  Provide ongoing technical engineering support throughout the beta evaluation period.
·  Partner with R&D and Marketing teams for program and customer requirements.
·  Collaborates with other internal team members and communicating customer provided feedback to them on evaluation experiences.
·   Drive improvements into current and future design

Education and Experience:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
·  Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in a technical support environment

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Ability to solve technical issues on HPE’s Servers and products.
·  Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
·  Ability to efficiently facilitate cross-team deliverables.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
