For our Belgium Marketing team we are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic marketing program manager with great communication and project management skills, who is eager to work in a vibrant, high-paced environment.

Based in the HPE Belgium head office in Brussels, your responsibilities will be:

·  Collaborate with Marketing Communications/other teams to design and deploy appropriate marketing plans.
·  Communicate with our sales, customers and partners to enable them to get the most out of their partnership with HPE and advise them in driving demand through marketing tactics
·  Leverage social media communications and content creation/adaptation for all our go to market channels
·  Track marketing metrics/goals/benchmarks and do analysis to drive Return on Investment.
·  Help generate leads and doing the appropriate follow-up
·  Organize events – HPE-led and 3rd party events from planning, management and follow up
·  Support growth and expansion of our business in Belgium

Education and Experience Required:

·  BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
·  2+ years marketing experience.
·  New technologies and B2B experience is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools, especially campaign management, event, digital/Social Media and organizing events
·  Knowledge of measuring and monitoring the effect of marketing (marketing generated pipeline, how to build pipeline, how to monitor)
·  Advertising/ direct marketing agency practices and procedures.
·  Project and budget management skills.
·  Strong written/oral communications in Dutch and English, French is a plus
·  Strong analytical skills.
·  Good interpersonal skills, including being self-driven and team worker
·  Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
·  Influencing skill.
·  Experience with leads management (from lead creation and monitoring to follow-up with sales).
