Apprentice Client Services Account Manager
Job Description:
How you’ll make you mark:-
· Drive closure of renewal/conversion sales opportunities with customers
· Problem solving customers queries to drive best practice and customer satisfaction
· Create, maintain and implement up-sell plans if required to meet customers’ needs and maximize revenue
· Build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts
· Establish good working relationships with aligned HPE account teams across Client Services
· Develop a strong up to date knowledge of the services portfolio to maximize sales potential
· Adhere to all policy and audit requirements
About you:-
· You have A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications, and five GCSEs (including English and Maths) at Grade C or above
· You are a great written and verbal communicator, with good attention to detail
· You are a good problem solver and are able to manage your time effectively
· You enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
