To implement HR policy and HR systems framework as directed by superior whilst maintaining good team member relations.
1. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, responsible for Talent Acquisition.
2. Interview with level 1—5 team members.
3. Liaison with recruitment agencies, job marketing and hotel schools.
4. Manage the on-line recruitment through the Hotel Web Site.
5. Participate site inspections for schools, colleges, and universities.
6. Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements.
7. Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists.
8. Assists to hunt qualified candidates or provides relevant information via recommendations internally or externally.
9. Ensures timely preparation and arrangement for interview, selection, and recruitment.
10. Provides relevant information of the competing hotels.
11. Maintains effective internal communication with team members.
12. Provide necessary information and explanations to team member in the time correctly and accurately as required.
13. Avoids negative comments on hotel policies and procedures, financial and business performance, promotions, and activities.
14. Implements the hotel P&P regarding the team member salary and benefits.
15. Maintains confidentiality at all times and maintains strict practice of office lock up and security of information.
16. Coordinates with other departments as necessary.
17. Adhere to the hotel's security and emergency policies and procedures.
18. To ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel's Team member Rules and Regulations.
19. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
20. Set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel/department goal, policies and practices.
21. Maintain personal presentation to hotel and Hilton standards.
22. Ensure all reporting - Headcount Report & Owner Report and servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.

23. Execute the project responsibilities in the hotel project team(s).
24. Ad hoc assignment from the hotel management.
25. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
