Job description

Key tasks

To assist and responsible for administrative and general assignments from the general Manager and of the department.
To ensure efficiency of the administration of the department.
To cooperate with other departments in order To ensure the smooth operation and the management of the hotel.
Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for the general Manager as required.
To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings such as Executive Morning Briefing and dictation from
general Manager, etc.
To Perform special duties as required by the general Manager.
Uses process planning to help heads of department introduce and establish the PGEP on a lasting basis.
Provides support for heads of department in the implementation of the brand's standards:

Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
Languages essential Mandarin

Essential and optional requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality/food & beverage, leisure & tourism, health sectors, audit, consultancy, training, executive assistance, guest experience and quality.
Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment.
