A Membership and Ticketing Coordinator - Waterpark will ensure Guests and Members of the Health and Fitness Club an ongoing exceptional experience by maintaining a cleanly and orderly facility and a positive attitude.
What will I be doing?
A Membership and Ticketing Coordinator - Waterpark is vital to ongoing customer satisfaction levels within the Health and Fitness Club and must ensure a working and orderly facilities while offering a consistently positive attitude to Members. Specifically, the Member Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Ensure Club Members and Guests receive efficient, friendly, consistent and personalized service
· Maintain high standards of upkeep and cleanliness throughout the Club
· Ensure the regular upkeep and service of facilities, minimize disruption, and maximize Member satisfaction
· Manage the laundering of towels and ensure an efficient replenishment of stock
· Ensure the safe handling and operation of both technical and mechanical equipment
· Ensure that any equipment faults or maintenance issues are identified and resolved promptly and completely
