Qualifications :

Job Responsibilities
·  To ensure that prompt and continuous good service is provided to all club guests and to guarantee guests satisfaction at all times
·  To ensure complete customer satisfaction in Health Club usage and quality service
·  To assist in the promotion of Club membership
·  Supervise and support Pool Lifeguards in their daily duties and communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
·  1 year experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
·  Holder of Diploma in Sports and Recreation Management (or equivalent) and basic exercise instructor certification will be an advantage
·  Holder of Pool Lifeguard Award, First Aid Certificate
·  Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
·  Presentable with cheerful & friendly personality
·  Excellent telephone manner, PC skills and upselling techniques
·  Attention to details with multi-tasking skills
