What we offer

· Job purpose Deliver technical service at customers through Henkel's value proposition to ensure increased market share as measured by sales volume while maintaining profitability
· Ensure optimal cost-to-serve principle against maintaining / securing customer relations. - Ensure that current customers' needs are exceeded and excellent relationships are maintained.
· Ensure that new business opportunities are identified at existing and prospective customers, in order to increase Henkel's market share
· Agree on required audits/ assessments with customers, ensuring standard/base line is established, and agree on areas of improvement.
· Use of various TCS tools to measure product performance.
· Support customers in pre-trial briefs & running of trials.
· Capture all data in pre-designed trial audit reports & other value proposition tools.
· Support various Business & Market Segment Managers to ensure roll-out of various segment strategies
· Report writing, competitor analysis, maintenance of key customer contacts through relevant CMR Tools i.e. Capris - Maintains CMR system with latest accurate data (Contacts, Competition, TCS Reports & value adding data) and assist Business & Market Segment Managers where required with required information
· First line of response for customer product related complaints

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Education / Qualifications : Degree or Diploma in Chemistry and/ or related field Knowledge in FMCG or chemical industry is preferred Manufacturing industry experience
·  Be organized with personal workload, efficient and accurate. Attention to detail is essential.
·  Be proactive and work on own initiative
·  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
·  Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and network across other functions/business units
·  Good written and verbal communication skills
·  Passionate about good customer service
·  Be able and willing to travel extensively and spend extended periods away from home
·  Be able and willing to service customers after normal working hours if required to do so.
