Located within the Shared Service Centre Manila Source to Pay (STP) Department, Purchasing Specialist will perform a specific task related to day to day Purchasing master Data processes and make sure that he/she delivers within agreed Service Level Agreements.
What we offer
· Provide operational support, stakeholder management and team project coordination
· Perform project support functions that cover planning, tracking, reporting, and internal communication
· Manage stakeholders through governance calls and tools/process pulse checks
· Support transactional operations through Purchase info record creation, update and closing activities
Who we are looking for
· Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial/Management Engineering, Accounting or equivalent
· Preferably with one (1) year of work experience, either in sourcing or procurement; Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
· Proficient in both oral and written English; Excellent communication skills
· Preferably with knowledge in SAP, SRM, MS Office (Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint)
· Must be willing to work Mid-Shift (14:00~23:00)
