The sales planning team is looking for a new team member for its Laundry & Homecare business. We are dealing with a portfolio of around 600 active references, representing a turnover of more than 300 M€.

What we offer

You will be involved in the following tasks :

· Run every week the sales planning of baseline and promo forecast for a given portfolio of brands
· Rigorous analysis of sales history and use of statistical modelling to estimate upcoming baseline sales
· Steer innovation launches and product switches in cooperation with marketing and supply chain
· Collaboration with sales team regarding upcoming promotions, both regarding quantities and timings
· Support and challenge production planning team in the stock replenishment process
· Daily collaboration with customer service team regarding stock availability for upcoming sales orders
· Anticipate and recognize out-of-stock situation, develop alternatives with supply chain, coordinate customer priorities with sales
· Monitor local Sales Planning KPI’s (e.g. sales forecast quality)

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Master degree in Supply Chain Management / Business School
·  Experience of 1 to 3 years required for this position
·  Experience in FMCG environment ideally
·  Very good knowledge of English and French
·  At ease with Excel
·  Knowing SAP and / or APO
·  Analytical skills, strong team player
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Learning agility and high energy level complete the ideal profile
