What we offer

· Assisting in Pricing & Promotion by ensuring system update, price & execution control and margin calculation
· Supporting in monthly reporting
· Ensuring credit notes and budget request on-time booking & accounts creations
· Contacting customers directly to ensure forecast collection and following up on payments or any specific queries
· Ensuring Supply Chain liaison to optimize orders and follow up on deliveries
· Coordinating with the Marketing Team to provide all necessary material supports

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  University graduate with a Commercial degree; MBA is highly preferred
·  Maximum 2 years of overall work experience in Sales and/or Marketing
·  Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
·  Proficient user of MS Office Applications, particularly Excel
·  Flexibility to travel locally and abroad is highly preferred
·  Strong analytical & project management skills
·  Excellent communication, coordination, organization & team work skills
