What we offer

• Guiding and supporting to implementation of safety plans, programs, risk assessments and procedures in Tuzla plant.
• Identify and implement sustainability programs and projects
• Follow up periodical controls in terms of Safety, Health and Environment in Tuzla Plant.
• Conduct safety walk around tours and tool box meeting on site
• Following the SHE performance indicators and reporting regular monthly and quarterly internal and external reports on time and participating to monthly OHS committee meetings
• Perform internal audits related with Henkel SHE System and ISO Matrix Safety Management and Sustainability Systems, and report results to management.
• Sustain and create awareness of employees in terms of safety culture
• Training of workers & contractors and to conduct various training programs in relation to safety and competencies.
• Follow up and review the effectiveness of the corrective and preventative actions.
• Provide guidance and conduct site assessments according to Henkel SHE standards and legal requirements.
• To report and investigate any accident, near miss and incident that occurred within the workplace.
• Conduct yearly 3PM SHE audits and following audits actions

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

• University degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering program.
• Good knowledge in workplace, process safety and environmental protection
• Must have minimum 2 year experience in similar field essential.
• Must have experience in chemical or similar production background,
• Minimum class ‘'C'' and preferable class ‘'B‘' safety expert certification
• Nice to have Internal auditor certificate for management systems (OHSAS 18001 & ISO14001)
• Good knowledge on local OHS and environmental regulations
• Solution oriented and objective
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good in MS Office
• Good interpersonal relations skills
• For male candidates, military service should be completed
