· Development and Execution of Key account strategy & business plan
· Contribute to global and execute regional Key account strategy & tactics (Short-mid & long-term) aligned with the global Key account strategy
· Deliver an ambitious sales plan and project pipeline
· Optimize sales mix to higher growth and margins
· Support joint innovation roadmap realization with customers
· Leverage global approval and roll-out new technologies
· Develop sustainable and long term relationships with key accounts

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's Degree related with in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer, Metal, Mechanic or related study
·  Minimum of five (5) years in Automotive Components
·  Minimum of two (2) years of experience of regional Key account manager of in Automotive industry preferred
·  Minimum of three (3) years of experience of sales or Key account of in Automotive industry
·  Minimum of three (3) years of experience of Technical customer service of in Automotive industry
·  Deep knowledge and skill of Automotive Electronics and Lighting
·  Have a good and wide relationship and networking with major automotive Key accounts
·  Good English communication skills
