The Regional Datacenter Manager will be able demonstrate their leadership ability (formal or informal), take advantage of their effective communication and presentation skills, will further develop their experience by managing or working on regional or global (with regional impact) programs and projects utilizing a formal methodology, and the explore their desire for personal growth and increased responsibility. They will serve as a core member of the Information Technology team supporting North America and Latin America. The Datacenter Manager will be an Information Technology leader able to manage resources in a multi-national corporation across providers. They will play a leadership role in the strategic planning of new initiatives, including development of business cases and project plans related to the Datacenter and Printing scope. This position will focus on driving value for Henkel by managing cost, End-to-End Service Level quality and Key Performance targets as outlined by our Global Contracted Services and regional processes. They will report within a matrix structure therefore strong organization and communication skills are required.

What we offer

· IT Service Management for Managed Datacenter and Printing Services Scope for the North America and Latin America
· Interaction with Key Stakeholders within IBS, Business Units, as well as Corporate IT Service Delivery
· Interaction with Regional organization – IT Key Account Mgmt, IT Governance, Purchasing, Finance, Shared Service Centers, and Local IT teams
· Provider and Contract Management with Global Service Providers
· Internal and External team management
· Coordinate/Implement programs throughout Americas Region in line with Global Strategy and Initiatives
· Independently manage processes that include Project Requests; Invoice Validation; Escalation and Conflict Mgmt.; Reporting and Service Level Trending Analysis
· Supplier Management and Performance Evaluation

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

· 
·  Minimum of 7 years of related IT experience, preferably working at a Data Center Services and/ or printing services experience.
·  At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory or management experience.
·  Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or other related field is required and Master's degree is preferred
·  Strong understanding of ITIL is highly preferred
·  Project Mgmt. with experience of budgets greater than $250k is preferred
·  Understanding of data center architecture, operations and what it takes to deliver resilient datacenter solutions
·  Experience and familiarity with data center monitoring and tools
·  Excellent knowledge of data center infrastructure and operating procedures
·  Solid understanding of critical infrastructure design and architecture
·  Working experience with Budget/Financial Mgmt.
·  Experience with Provider and Contract Management
·  Ability to Manage Change (Technical, Organizational)
·  Drive and Determination, Independent, Self-starter/Initiative
·  Effective Communication Skills (Written, Verbal, IT concepts into Business Terms)
·  Focus in Continuous Improvement Culture and adaptable to Changing Priorities
·  Ability to Network with Colleagues of Diverse Backgrounds and Locations
·  Manage Multiple Stakeholders as well as Expectations
