Henkel Electronics has defined Automotive Electronics as a key growth driver. Within Automotive Electronics there are four primary sub-markets: These include Powertrain, Chassis & Interiors / Lighting, Advanced Driver Systems & Safety, and E-Mobility. We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Powertrain and Chassis & Interiors / Lighting segments who will engage and grow business with global automotive OEMs, and their tiered suppliers, with electronic material solutions including thermal management. The jobholder is responsible for executing the market segment strategy for Powertrain and Chassis & Interior / Lighting in the APAC region (aligned with the global Automotive Electronics SU strategy) in order to accomplish the regional SU financial goals.

What we offer

· Be responsible for developing execution strategies for the E-Mobility market segment in the APAC region
· Support the sales force by providing guidance and direction on market segment strategy and tactics for targeting applications and customers utilizing current and new products and technologies
· Develop, in cooperation with sales, new account relationships and lead in heavy technical projects with long lead times
· Execute & customize the strategy for product positioning and define training and promotional needs

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred related with in Management, Engineering or Science
·  Minimum of seven (7) years of marketing experience in Automotive, Automotive Electronics, Electronic Materials
·  Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in Automotive, Automotive Electronics, Electronic Materials
·  Have deep knowledge and skill of work experience with Powertrain, Chassis & Interiors and Lighting for Vehicles in a customer-facing sales, marketing or engineering capacity
·  Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
