What we offer

· Working in the market of transportation and metals, the employee will be responsible to drive the key strategic initiative covering 2 dimensional structural and sealing tape technology.
· Generate new business sales by introducing new products or technologies to customers
· Define customer roadmap with marketing/sales and subsequent roll out of products delivering on the commercial targets Jointly with marketing/sales
· Define and drive growth projects (Capris) Provide product and process support to customers during the introduction phase (e.g. line trials)
· Establish & maintain relevant customer relationships (design centers, product and process engineering centers) to drive the approval process and receive voice of the customer information for future developments
· Drive Must Win Project List in coordination with the SU and Market Segment Maintain expertise and know-how exchange with other regions
· Develop the expertise level in the emerging regions both technically and commercially
· Support pricing and quotations aligned to SU strategy Support Market & competitive intelligence Regularly visit identified customers Support and lead relevant customer events, exhibitions and development of Marcom material

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Preferable major and degree: bachelor or above, chemical or engineering background preferred;
·  Preferable years of total Experience: 5+ Yrs Exp. In technical area:3+ Yrs Exp. In commercial: 3+ Yrs International Work Exp.:
·  Preferred Relevant technology/product expertise Commercial experience in relevant field
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
