What we offer

· Responsible for the development of product innovations and the management of product launches and re-launches starting from the brief untill the final execution across countries
· Support the team in the development and management of the strategy of Henkel Beauty Care Brands
· Monitor performance benchmarking and analyze developments in Middle East and Africa markets
· Bring recommendations for strategic top management decisions
· Act as contact person for agencies, related countries and functional departments

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any relevant field
·  Master's degree is a plus
·  Minimum one year of experience in brand management, Beauty Care industry is an advantage
·  Fluency in English and Arabic is a must, French is a plus
·  Efficient user of Microsoft Office applications
