Henkel's operations department is responsible for the performance and execution of the manufacturing of Adhesive products. They provide engineering support, logistics, environmental support, customer service, continuous improvement, trouble-shooting, and general manufacturing management.

What we offer

· Handle supplier complaint, maintain supplier complaint management system (SCMS), get 8D report from vendor timely.
· Analyze root cause and follow up corrective actions of non-conformity from vendor complaint
· Contribute to supplier evaluation.
· Handle supplier-related issues, such as supplier audit, audit finding follow up, request to supplier, etc.
· Support locally raw material and packaging introduction, vendor specification maintains

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
·  Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in chemical/electronic industry company and a material manufacturer is highly preferred
·  ISO9001/TS16949 internal auditor is preferred
·  Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese
·  Professional experience of 8D, statistic process control (SPC) ,Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), six sigma and quality engineering is preferred
