Henkel's operations department is responsible for the performance and execution of the manufacturing of Adhesive products. They provide engineering support, logistics, environmental support, customer service, continuous improvement, trouble-shooting, and general manufacturing management.

What we offer

· Treatment of abnormal product.
· Build team with relative departments to investigate the root cause of abnormal ,then carry out the corrective and preventive actions
· Deal with customer complaint and ensure all root cause can be identified out and follow up the treatment of return goods.
· Assistant to set and maintain the ISO quality system. Organize the internal audit ,external audit and customer audit of ISO quality system.
· Six sigma and A3 and 8D for SIP , Provide training to colleges about quality awareness and follow up

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor Degree in any Chemical related field
·  Minimum of three (3) years related work experience
·  Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
·  Good English Communication skills
