Purchasing is a global function based in different locations for designated Purchasing duties. All Purchasing activities executed in a network of Global and Regional Hubs, supported by Regional Supply Offices (RSOs), Regional Processes & Operations (RPOs) and Shared Service Centers (SSCs). Henkel's purchasing governance organized along the Source-to-Pay (StP) process. The StP process allocates purchasing accountabilities to purchasing roles. According to this, all commercial purchasing activities have to be initiated from Sourcing Hubs, whereas all operational activities have to be managed in RSOs and/or RPOs. All activities are supported by the Purchasing Shared Service Centers (SSCs).

· Execute global category sourcing strategies for MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) for all Business Units and functions in compliance with Henkel's global management and purchasing strategy.
· Deliver best in class sourcing strategies in an effective, efficient and compliant way resulting in competitive pricing and an appropriate reliable supply base supporting the global purchasing targets.
· Execute efficient and compliant procurement processes.
· Facilitate sourcing events and negotiations in alignment with regional management including market intelligence, supplier selection, tender development, launch and documentation for countries of responsibility.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
·  Minimum of (3) years' experience in Purchasing/Procurement (preferably in Technical Services, MRO) in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Industrial Chemicals environment.
·  Proficient Spanish and English communication skills (Portuguese desirable) .
·  Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills .
·  Dynamic and Pro-active .
·  Excellent in verbal and written communication.
