What we offer

Assist in the development of the overall project schedule

Review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the projects and identify long lead times and critical path items

Organize meetings local / Regional, agenda, minutes and track open actions with different teams. Prepare presentations, templates, according demand in each Project.

·
Keep updated all documentation related Project in a central system following standards and according to the guidelines.

·
Control Budget, Cost, charges out, Charge in, according projects requirements.

·
Organization of workshops meetings, travels, hotels for the project according Global/local definitions.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

·  Professional in Industrial Engineer or Business Administration.
·  6 months to 1 year of experience.
·  Advanced English
