Responsibilities:
· Ensuring compliance with the national and EU legislation regarding the classification, labeling and packaging of chemicals;
· Ensuring the management (gathering, treating, transportation) of dangerous/ non-dangerous wastes and for the obtaining of specific authorizations/permissions to align the activity to the current legislation;
· Ensuring preparation and send to the competent authorities reports regarding hazardous chemicals, waste and packaging waste;
· Responding at customers' demands regarding the products compliance with legal requirements, concerning: Reach, CLP, biocides, detergents, cosmetics products, restricted or banned substances, food contact, VOC, etc.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Who we are looking for
· 2 years experience in a similar position – is an advantage
· Education required: University degree: Chemistry Faculty or Chemical Engineering; Environmental Engineering
· Very good Romanian and English skills – writing/reading/speaking
· Advanced skills of MS Office
· Enthusiastic and motivate for a sustained work
· Initiative & determination to achieve
· Decisiveness & risk taking
· Driving change & innovation
