Henkel's operations department is responsible for the performance and execution of the manufacturing of Adhesive products. They provide engineering support, logistics, environmental support, customer service, continuous improvement, trouble-shooting, and general manufacturing management.

What we offer

· Take ownership in each project to implement scale up procedure for commercializing new products and scaling-up to high volume manufacturing.
· Lead feasibility study and coordinate product development for scale up, contact window of product development, manage adhesive development process (ADP) on site, validation for new product and new formula.
· Management of the change (MOC), Raw materials localization & discontinuation, validate and implement the change
· Process optimization by production process improvement, process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), Control plan review
· Help Quality Engineer for Customer complaint management system (CCMS) and trouble shooting

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
·  Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in chemical process industry
·  Proficient in both oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese
·  Competent in problem solving techniques such as Design Of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA), Production part approval process (PPAP).
