The Material Handler is responsible for the movement or raw materials, work-in-process, packaging and finished goods in support of the plant mixing and filling operations. Adherence to Henkel's Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and practices, and support of Henkel AC Manufacturing's Vision are maintained as a top priority. The Material Handler is expected to perform the required duties of this position in full compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.

What we offer

· Compliance with Henkel's Vision and Values and support of the manufacturing department goals.
· Selects and stages required raw/bulk/packaging components in a manner that optimizes productivity in a self-directed manner.
· Works with Filling and Distribution to move finished goods to designated areas.
· Enters production quantities in the ERP system.
· Assists with cycle counts as required.
· Takes independent action or directs resolution of housekeeping infractions in area of responsibility.
· Stoppage of production due to concerns regarding safety, quality of product, equipment damage, etc.

·  Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
·  Must be dependable and punctual
·  Demonstrates a professional, team-player attitude toward work and co-workers
·  Demonstrates strong communication skills.
·  Experience in operation of fork lifts a plus.
