What we offer

· Supporting the learning processes for employee's personal development from the beginning on to the financial processing of the seminar
· Supporting in organizing trainings and seminars according to business needs and track training activities and costs
· Monitoring the quality and success of the trainings by analyzing and evaluating of feedback from the participants
· Being the point of contact for internal and external customer and providing continuous support Interfacing and communicating with various departments at Henkel by e-mail or phone

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Advanced level (fluent in oral and writing) of French and English language is a MUST, other language is an advantage
·  University Degree in either Economics, Human Resources Management or Psychology is an advantage
·  Excellent organizing and process related skills, very good communication, presentation and partnership skills
·  Open minded with the capability to work flexibly within a team
·  Open to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
·  Flexibility to take over ad-hoc projects and tasks
