Henkel Electronic Materials in Belgium is currently looking for a qualified individual to join our team of Manufacturing Engineers in Westerlo.

What we offer

· Ensure the efficient and safe production at the highest quality level, with minimum cost and in line with ISO/TS standards, taking into account customer satisfaction (Six Sigma and ISO / TS Quality Certification trainings to be provided)
· Encourage a culture of continuous improvement in Safety, Quality and Environmental aspects
· Assist production with new production scale up from Processing Engineering to ensure the most effective mix methods are used
· Assess and mitigate risks by handling all permanent and temporary changes according to the relevant change control procedures
· Reduce departmental occupational accidents and meet all legal requirements and Henkel SHE standards

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Fresh or recent graduate of Chemical Engineering Studies or equivalent
·  Previous experience in a manufacturing environment could be an asset
·  Experienced user of MS Office package
·  Additional knowledge of or familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, Minitab as an asset
·  Fluency in Dutch and English language (spoken and written) is mandatory
·  Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills that can work smoothly across departments
·  Strong sense of organization and planning, able to work well in a team and with a problem solving mindset
·  Curiosity, autonomy, flexibility and initiative
