This position belongs to Henkel Shared Service Center Cairo. It is part of the corporate Digital Workplace Mobility,IT Governance and Security Team. It also works in close collaboration with the central teams in Düsseldorf

What we offer

· The Service Engineer RMS (Microsoft Rights Management Services) / AIP (Azure Information Protection) supports dedicated AIP/RMS processes as well as Mobile Security according to the following:
· Analyze current service status and manage incoming incidents and service requests in time
· Involve needed Stakeholders and search for a proper and timely solution of incidents as well as problems
· Act as a caretaker and developsmeasures to prevent incidents for future
· Actively escalate mis-led service cases and monitor the processes and measures to bring them back on track
· Implement requests or changes and participate actively in the future development of our tools or processes under his/her responsibility

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics
·  1 to 3 years of experience in the same field
·  Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office 365 RMS and AIP product Lookout in the area of Mobile Security Solution and its capabilities
·  Stakeholder management as well as influencing and communication skills
·  Ability to convert user/business requests and problems into challenges and finally into solutions
·  Experience and expertise in IT-Ticket handling and request management
·  Fluency in English
·  Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
