Our intern will be actively involved in product and process quality improvement, especially concerning innovation projects in the Adhesives Development Process (ADP). Together with a professional team, representing the varied business units ranging from automotive and electronics to consumer business, our intern will be supporting the interface between Quality, Product Development, Technical Customer Service and Project Management. We are looking for a pro-active and self-motivated networker and communicator interested in the work environment and optimization within a global company at our production plant in Drogenbos near Brussels.

What we offer

· Working on strategic Quality projects in Europe in a functional and matrix organization
· Supporting ADP/innovation projects and developing Henkel Quality capabilities and competencies to meet ADP expectations
· Training and coaching Quality team members within the European organization
· Assuming an active role in an international team at a leading Adhesives solution provider
· Networking with relevant functions and establish close interaction with local project teams on manufacturing site level

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor studies in Chemistry, (Business-) Engineering or in related technical discipline
·  Strong interest in a regional coordination, change management and process improvement role
·  Experience in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, project management or ISO norms constitutes and advantage
·  Advanced communication skills and persuasiveness
·  Proficiency in English language is required, knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
·  Willingness to work full-time at the Henkel production plant in Drogenbos, near Brussels
