What we offer

· Participate and support projects in the area of organizational excellence, strategy development and implementation or change management
· Contribute to project / workstream content development and delivery, in line with project milestones and deliverables plan
· Support the advancement of the project / workstream tasks by collecting the required data
· Respond to ad-hoc top management requests in the context of a given project or for additional on-demand topics
· Participate to the development of global standards for Adhesive Technologies in the areas of organizational structures and collaboration

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Student who has successfully passed first semesters of studies with majors in business administration or engineering
·  Practical or international experience as well as experience in a leading consulting firm is a plus
·  Proficient knowledge of Power Point
·  Fluent English language skills, German is beneficial
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills
·  High motivated team player with analytical thinking who can work independently
