What we offer

· Independent performance of audits mainly in the Supply Chain & Operations area (up to 24 weeks travel per year to Henkel locations in more than 75 countries)
· Identification of improvements and determintation of actions with the respective management.
· Assessment of how well the business is complying to rules and regulations.
· Provide process analysis for the respective audit topics.

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, and other related field
·  Minimum three (3) years work experience in one (or more) of the following areas: Audit, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance or Accounting
·  Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
·  Analytically strong and an effective conflict manager with an international mindset
·  Certified Internal Auditor certification is preferred
