What we offer
• Supporting Human Resources Department in Compensation and Benefits processes
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of HR data, records and documentations
• Preparing reports
• Assisting HR projects
Desired profile
Who we are looking for
• 4th year undergraduate students or Master students
• Able to work minimum 4 days a week
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus
• Excellent command of English and Turkish in both speaking and writing
• Team worker, problem solver and decision maker
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Good in interpersonal relations
