The business unit General Industry (AG) is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art industrial adhesives, sealants and functional coatings technologies to a variety of industrial markets for assembly, maintenance and repair. Our product brands like LOCTITE, TEROSON and BONDERITE represent highest performance, innovation and reliability. As a member of our Western European AG Marketing & Communications team you are responsible for driving the digital transformation process of our organization and for exploring new opportunities in using digital tools for our Marketing & Sales programs.

What we offer

· Management of key digital programs and websites in close alignment with multiple stakeholders incl. AG Global Marketing and Adhesive Technologies Marketing
· Governance of all e-tools and digital programs for Western Europe considering Henkel guidelines and procedures as well as platform landscape
· Leadership of roll-out process for global e-tools and digital programs in Western Europe
· Support in content development process for different steering units and selection of most appropriate communication channels & tools
· Overall project management and consultancy in relation to digital advertising campaigns, e.g. Google AdWords, RTA, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
· Creation and monitoring of KPIs related to Digital Advertising Campaigns
· Gatekeeper functionality for social media usage such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, blogs
· Collaboration with external agencies in the implementation of digital programs
· Opportunity to explore deployment of new digital tools to support Marketing & Sales programs

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University Degree in Business Management or Marketing
·  3-5 years of relevant experience in Digital/Online Marketing
·  Basic knowledge in Web Analytic Tools (preferably Google Analytics), Digital Advertising, SEO and CMS systems
·  Excellent English skills
·  Very good analytical and communication skills
·  Passionate team player with a strong sense of project ownership
·  Ability to lead and motivate international and cross-functional project teams
