The Customer Service Intercompany Coordinator is an exciting new position. You will be responsible for the reporting and monitoring of Intercompany orders.

The key objectives include:

· Acting as a single point of contact between Intercompany and Planning whilst monitoring errors in stock transfers and, sales and purchase order creations
· Managing and supporting the timely resolution of errors to enable planning requirement activities
· Evaluating and identifying, via root cause analysis, potential improvement plans
· Effectively managing related activities ensuring they are dealt with in a courteous, accurate and timely manner whilst adhering to all operational and current business standards
· Coordinating and assisting with identified improvement plans
· Supporting the planning process for countries that operate non Standard Operating Procedures
· Managing reports for the Intercompany team in Europe
· Proactively working to ensure that local SHE objectives are achieved
· Coordinating actions to ensure that orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner and the internal consumptions process for Production is maintained

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Experience gained from working within a previous Customer Service role
·  An understanding of supply chain planning
·  Good administration and IT skills with experience of using SAP
·  Excellent problem solving and communication skills
·  Experience reporting and analysing data
