What we offer
· Customer service team is responsible for customer's orders and related inquiry, ensuring End Customer Service Level, a part of Customer Complaint Management System.
· Coordinate with related functions in order to handle SO for assigned customers
· Order entry in SAP as per request timeline and accuracy
· Play as contact window for assigned customers
· Ensure End Customer Service Level, Customer Complaint are well maintained.
Who we are looking for
· Bachelor's Degree Major in Business administration, Customer Service relationship, Administration
· Experience in Customer Service relationship, Sale Administration
· Communication skill: Good in both Vietnamese & English
· Good Chinese communication is highly preferred.
· Computer skills: Good in ERP (SAP), MS. Office is preferred.
