Support the Brand Manager in the development and execution of Marketing Plans of the assigned brand portfolio and achievement of the respective growth objectives for Australia & NZ.

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Bachelor's degree in a commercial subject, preferably in Marketing.
· 
Minimum of two (2) years' relevant work experience in Brand Management, preferably in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry

· 
Effective communication & interpersonal skills to work within a team, with sense of urgency and achievement.

·  Strong commercial awareness, numeracy & analytical skills.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Aztec/ Nielsen data reporting skills.

Key responsibilities

· 
Support development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion programming and ensure their execution in line with the global framework.

· 
Participate in planning, sales promotion and advertising in support of existing and new products and participate in devising market strategies and sales tactics to achieve profit objectives.

· 
Maintain contact with International Marketing to report on category and brands analysis as well as key players activities monitoring.

· 
Analyse market trends and sales potential – prepare sales forecasts for use in planning manufacturing operations and inventory control.

· 
Maintain contact with key account customers and sales force to follow up promotion efforts and keep informed on needs.

· 
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and make improvements or changes as necessary.

· 
Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products, ensure all business activity comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
