Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Degree qualified (Marketing or Business Degrees are preferred).
·  Minimum 2 years' experience working within a marketing field. Previous experience in hair/beauty highly regarded but not essential.
·  Highly capable - communication, attention to detail, analytical, and organisations skills.
·  MS office (Word, PowerPoint and Advanced level of Excel)
·  Team player who works well with others, flexible and goal-orientated.
·  Ability to manage change and drive to continuously improve the current processes.

Key Functions/Responsibilities:

·  Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotional programs.
·  Communicate promotional programs to the internal and external stakeholders.
·  Ownership of sales and marketing analysis cockpit, closely collaborating with shared service and finance team.
·  Analyse market trends and sales potential for use in sales forecasts.
·  Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion programs and make recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary.
·  Compare international brand strategies with the strategies defined for ANZ and highlight matches and areas of differences. Propose plans for brands on a regular basis to the Marketing & PPS Manager ANZ that outline local and international market details that support the proposal.
·  Prepare initial drafts of presentations and proposals for local and international stakeholders as directed.
·  Carry out projects and analysis under the direction of the Marketing & PPS Manager ANZ.
·  Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations as appropriate.
·  Establish strong working relationships with key customers/internal team. Work in a collaborative team based environment.
