• To design and develop successful brand/communication strategy and activities in line with business goals of the company

• To develop and present brand plans to ensure brand growth within the competitive environment

• To cooperate with trade marketing & sales teams to drive successful executions

• To analyse market and consumer data and share the learnings

• To develop and source/replicate merchandising material and promotional material

• To constantly monitor competitive strategies and pricing actions and recommend brand's pricing in order to protect and improve brand's volume and profitability

Desired profile

Who we are looking for

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a relevant discipline with successful academic record, MBA is also an asset
• 1-3 years experience in marketing, preferably in a FMCG company
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Well command of MS Office applications
• High level of drive and energy
• Proactive, creative, innovative, result oriented, assertive, dynamic and self motivated personality
• Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organization skills
• Successful team player
• Internal and external customer focus
• Communication and relationship building skills
• Male candidates should have completed their military services
