Our Shared Service Center in Bratislava is enlarging new department to support the roll out of new TMS (Transport Management System) tool and ensure in the future a professional transport planning execution for all Henkel divisions. Become a member of our new team and take your part in building up your professional career in area of supply chain and transport planning. What we offer

· Planning and scheduling of European transports at minimal costs considering business and legal rules as well as capacity utilization
· Carrier assignments and follow-up
· Ensuring communication to local transport coordinator during planning process
· Follow-up with carrier in case of non-closed Proof of Deliveries (POD)
· Reviewing and proposing of improvements on transport planning scope
· Cooperating with other departments to ensure the quality of master data and customer satisfaction

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  Experience in the area of transport planning, logistics, freight forwarding would be an advantage
·  Position is also suitable for fresh graduates
·  Active level of English language
·  Advanced knowledge of MS Excel would be an advantage
·  Reliable, communicative, positive, quick learner with attention to detail, analytical thinking and good problem solving ability
·  Motivated team player, willing to learn and continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of transport planning
