Supply Planning department is planning the production of Henkel Beauty Care production lines for European countries. Become a member of this team and take your part in building up your professional career in the area of Supply Chain. There are daily opportunities to gain experience in the modern supply planning tools and to become a specialist in the inventory / production planning or in other attractive supply chain tasks. What we offer

· Inventory and production master planning on a European level
· Ensuring sufficient & timely supply of products to market demands and at the same time, balance against the costs target
· Evaluating project backlogs at manufacturing sites due to material availability, taking corrective actions and proposing solutions & solution alternatives
· Ensuring reliable basis for material requirements planning of raw and packaging materials
· Stock-out monitoring, updating the out-of-stock list and monitoring of key planning KPIs & targets
· Communication & cooperation with international colleagues and manufacturing sites

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  University degree in Economics, Logistics, Management, Controlling or Industrial Engineering
·  Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain management / Planning / Logistics / Consumer goods industry / Demand planning
·  Advanced level of English language
·  Basic Supply Chain understanding
·  MS Office knowledge
·  Accuracy, attention to details and excellent communication skills
·  Self organized & responsible team player

Minimum salary: 1200 EUR gross. Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience.
