The Planning Steering Analyst is responsible for supporting North America Laundry & Home Care's inventory strategy, global and local supply chain initiatives, mold management process, and continuous improvement projects. This individual will help implement best practices and problem solve challenging issues.

This role is highly collaborative and partners with various teams within Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, R&D, Marketing and Purchasing.

What we offer

· Support the development of L&HC's inventory strategy, aligning to overall global supply chain and business objectives. Collaborate with Master Planning and Co-manufacturing team on target setting and execution

· Drive mold management process – develop capacity models, do analytics, present capital investment recommendations, and lead projects

· Assist on the implementation and ideation of continuous improvement supply planning projects

· Provide analytical and supply chain support on cost savings projects

· Collaborate with R&D on formula, material, and packaging consolidation opportunities

· Perform annual SKU complexity reduction through data analysis – providing insights and recommendations

· Work on the execution, continuous improvement, and global process alignment of the S&OP cycle

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  1 years of supply chain planning experience or other relevant experience
·  Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, finance, or other related discipline
·  Strong analytical, process improvement, and modeling skills
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
·  Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
·  SAP APO experience a plus
