You will support the Channel Digital Manager in translating channel strategies into customer campaigns, ensuring strategies are carried through, project execution and alignment to the identified success metrics:
Setup new digital models, programs, and monitoring metrics for Partners.
Facilitate rollout of new digital initiatives, programs, systems, and tools to top partners.
Build and deliver digital playbooks, standard methodologies, and training to regional channel teams.
Support all the team in the region to sell-in and negotiate digital engagement of top Partners
Drive regular digital reviews and digital planning with sales regions.
Innovate on traditional training methods, leveraging product-based tests, quizzes, incentive-based learning, e-learning, etc... to drive retention and application of knowledge
Develop and identify channel success metrics and client reporting templates
Support adoption of tools, materials, activities to assist partners sales enablement
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
· Student preparing a Bac+4/5 in digital, e-commerce or marketing area
· You have a previous experience in the digital area
· You are fluent in English and in French
