Based in Hanoi, Vietnam, Hanoi Voyages is a tailor-made travel agency, offering tours to Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
We are a young and dynamic, French and English-speaking team that enable Hanoi Voyages to create an international client list and offer fully-customized quality services.
Today, Hanoi Voyages seeks to position itself as one of the leading travel agencies for tailor-made travel solutions in Southeast Asia.

Intern duties and responsibilities:

● Publicity: Creating and tracking targeted ads on social networks.

● Client relation: Create a customer loyalty policy (using the complete customer database, define a strategy on how to convince customers to travel again with Hanoi Voyages).

● Writing content:

- Write content in English (and French, if possible!) for all Hanoi Voyages websites to improve site referencing on Google.
- SEO Optimisation using keywords etc.
- Correct English spelling and grammar errors on all sites.
- Write descriptions//blog posts etc. For tours and the other content if necessary.

● Social networks (Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest/Linkedin…):

- Write and publish on Wordpress articles about cities in Vietnam and other countries. Finish the article by linking to the agency's website.
- Switch between cultural and commercial posts. Forum Seeding: Use Trip Advisor accounts to comment on Vietnam tourist places and give tips on how to visit in.

● Direct marketing: Writing quarterly newsletter

Profil recherché

Your profile:

- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, or languages by September 2018.

- Good skills in English.
- Interpersonal communication skills (there are multiple nationalities and languages in this office).
- Knowledge in blogging is a plus.
- Being a social media savvy is also a huge advantage!

- Well-organised.
- Capable of working in team as well as on individual tasks.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Professional attitude for interacting with clients.
- Time management skills.
