Summary
We are looking for a Temporary Recruiter (Contingent/Agency contract) who will join our HR Retail Team (based in Milan or Florence) and will support them during high season recruitment peak.
He/She will be actively involved in recruitment activities, from job positing to CVs' screening and will assess candidates’ skills and potential.

Key Accountabilities

·  Post positions to appropriate sources for candidate recruiting
·  Assess candidates’ information, including resumes and contact details
·  Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, phone/face-to-face and Skype interviews
·  Organize and take part into Recruitment days
·  Update and maintain HR databases

Key Requirements

·  University graduate, HR Management academic qualifications are a plus
·  At least 6-month experience in HR department, with a focus on Recruitment
·  Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills
·  Fluency in English
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Attention to detail and accuracy
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
