Role Mission

The Digital Content Assistant will be primarily responsible for the Visual Merchandising aspects of the Gucci Online Employee Store. The Digital Content Assistant mission is to ensure that product presentation, images, prices and inventory are correctly reflected on the e-Store in accordance with the brand guidelines for each collection.

This role includes QA of product content to ensure all products have an image, a basic product description, and a consistent translation. The person will occasionally work with the Global Product Content team to ensure quality consistency across all regional websites.

Key Accountabilities

Merchandising/Adjacencies

Set up the local catalog and ensure product association with the regional assortment, in order to have all products correctly represented on the site

Determine adjacencies/layout, following visual guidelines with the correct assortment in each region

Ensure that site reflects regional product deliveries and the product assortment is accurately pushed live

·
Responsible for new product launches in all categories, as well as site refreshes and phase-outs

·
Manage navigation menu categories and product grid

QA

·
Responsible for regional QA of entire site: i.e. product page, category layout flows, navigational changes, new features, etc.

·
Check product copy and add missing copy, when needed

·
Ensure website reflects correct prices, following any price change as communicated by Buyers

Qualifications :

Key Requirements

· 
1-2 years digital experience with focus on content management. Experience with a CMS platform (Hybris CMS knowledge is considered a plus)

· 
Strong product sensibility

· 
Proficient in excel

· 
Background in luxury fashion industry is considered a plus

· 
Detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment

· 
Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to drive projects to successful and timely delivery

· 
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels

· 
Positive, enthusiastic, able to take initiative with a can-do attitude

· 
Fluent written and spoken English and Italian
