Role Mission

The Business Analyst Team within the Merchandising Department is looking for a Business Analyst Assistant that will monitor wade arrays of KPI, business trends and you will provide insights of the different markets supporting the team in achieving the company business objectives.
With a global and cross category business overview you will learn how to work in a fast-paced environment, developing organizational skills and great attention to details.

You will be based in Milan report to a Business Analyst.

Job Description

Your main activities will be (Key accountabilities):

·  Analyzing business trends and key performance indicators (KPIs), summarizing results graphically;
·  Assisting in the creation of various strategic presentations, such as the New Collection Overview;
·  Coordination and support to all merchandising product categories in cross-departmental projects and activities;
·  Researching competitive landscape and compiling competitive insights, including pricing, product, events and real estate actions;
·  Ensuring a full alignment between Merchandising and Marketing and Communication by planning their activities in line with product deliveries and providing analysis to measure the impact of each Marketing and Communication activity;
·  Support in other ad-hoc requests and analyses coming from CEO and EVP, Merchandising and Global Markets.

Things that should be in your background:

·  Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar
·  1 or 2 years of experience in analytical roles;
·  Sound analytical and numerical capabilities;
·  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
·  Fluency in Italian and English;
·  Previous experience in investment banking or consultancy will be considered a plus;
