Role Mission

Responsible for handling sales transactions of all types of payment methods and providing accurate day-end reports. The Cashier is responsible for maintaining accurate records of petty cash in and out, stock transfer, inventory, etc.

Key Accountabilities

· Perform sales transaction for all payment methods following all security and sales audit guidelines

· Provide accurate day-end reports and adhere to all opening and closing guidelines

· Maintain a clean and organized work space

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Accurately capture client data required to close transactions per company expectations and following up on any missing and relevant information

· Submit mid-day deposits and keeping register balance logs as required by sales audit policy

· Adhere to company PCI compliance guidelines

· Escalate all return and exchange paperwork to management on duty for receipt signatures to be captured with daily closing flash paperwork

· Reprint receipts as needed for sales teams

· Retrieve phone order sales in coordination with the receptionist to identify client requests via BEAT device and close phone order sales adhering to all phone order security guidelines and ensure authorization is accurately filed

· Access sales reports when needed in coordination with on duty managers to update hourly KPIs

Qualifications :

Job Requirements

·  Strong understanding of customer service needs and prioritization
·  Experience with operating POS system, a plus
·  Positive customer service attitude – perhaps word to “exceptional” skills
·  Familiar with Outlook, Excel & Word
