Your Responsibilities :
Context

The aim of the internship is to contribute to the aseptic operation reliability analysis.

Project description

The aim of the project is to improve the reliability of the plant process equipment and utilities through the following activities:
Asset criticality revaluation in AO: the assessment will be done basing on the existing one and considering some main contributors (i.e. asset availability, performance etc) in cooperation with different functions. The main goal is to ensure the proper criticality of each equipment in order to revaluate the maintenance strategy and check if there are cost saving opportunities.
A special focus will be done on utilities performance and failures.

Competencies the intern will develop thanks to the internship experience:

• Acquisition of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles and aseptic operation procedures
• Acquisition of Environment, health and safety (EHS) principles
• Root cause failure analysis (RCA) and Problem solving (PSS)
• Basics of maintenance management
• Reliability data and indices analysis
• Reliability tools application

• Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering Background interested in a Thesis Project in the Company
• Knowledge in Mechanical industrial systems and Industrial production management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Aptitude for software and information technology systems
• English knowledge
• Interpersonal and communicative skills
• Analytical capability
•Organizational skills
